I have a pair of old, secondhand, broken, Mospeada LEGIOSS Alpha Fighters that I recently repaired and restored. I also made a new set of custom decals using salvaged stickers and on-line references. Unfortunately, I was only able to photograph the robot mode of the toys since they both have really severe stress cracks -- so I don't want to risk breaking them any further by transforming them, especially since these toys are 30+ years old. Thanks for checking this out. ~Lou

Thanks for the compliment! I appreciate it!

Wrapping up this project, I managed to find an Excite/Gakken Robotech branded box for this Alpha fighter. The box was completely beat up, with multiple tears, a yellowed and destroyed window, adhesive residue, and cracks everywhere. Although far from being perfect, to the best of my abilities, I tried restoring the box -- fixing tears, reinforcing the cardboard, replacing the window, and coloring in the cracks. It's not perfect, but it's more presentable than before and makes for a better display piece. Thanks for checking this out. ~Lou

    Custom Genesis Climber Mospeada Package

After restoring the above-mentioned Robotech packaging for my Gakken 1/35 Legioss AFC-01H Alpha Fighter, I decided that my other Legioss Alpha Fighter needed its own packaging, so I made this custom designed box.

The front of the box utilizes the same artwork from the Wave produced 1/72 model kit. The sides, top, and bottom of the box are decorated with classic Mospeada artwork from the 1980s. The rear of the box features a photo I took of the toy.

Thanks again for checking this out. ~Lou
