Some time ago I purchased Jinbao Predaking. I loved original one but because I've been focusing mostly on MP's an 3P it was too small for my needs. Luckily oversized one was exactly what I needed. I just had to tweak it a little bit. So now I present to you the first of my custom Predacons - Catilla!

    BEAST MODE

    ROBOT MODE

My Catilla got a few upgrades. Most important ones are new wrist joints. I used some minicon balljoints. This way I got a lot of movement, that was absent in stock figure.
The whole model was primed, airbrushed, hand-detailed and clearcoated. Now the paintjob is very sturdy. I've also changed robot mode expression into smirk, which in my opinion fits character.

I've also slightly moded my Predaking (Unicron hand mod and upgraded lion mane) First one was already shown a couple of times. If you are interested next time I will show you how main upgrade was made

That's all I wanted to show you. I am happy with the results and I hope you enjoy it as well. Please feel free to comment and ask questions. If you would like to see some work in progress photos I've posted them here:

Nice! Not sure if this was meant to be a varient color scheme or you just decided to go for the bright yellow but that is some really clean paint work, bro.

They are displaying fine for me. Maybe its an issue with your browser? Firefox on Windows 7 doesn't have any issue it seems. Are you using a mobile browser?

Yes, Dolphin for Android. However, in the browser's "PC mode", your pics still do not display. Almost every other post with pics works except yours.

Perhaps you are hosting them at an older/buggy pic hosting site? One that does not support mobile? Could you upload them to this site, please?

Thank you forall of your comments!

Novaburnhilde, BScorpinok75, KnightStrike, tuddymus bee - Thank you!

seanb47 - I think base colour is pretty similar to both MMC and G1 toy. I've chosen vibrant yellow to contrast with dark, metallic parts. I am glad you enjoy quality of paintwork:)

spoonman - Thank you, painting small details on models is my thing:)

chansformers - I always try to find the right ballance between painted details and feeling the character as whole, not a bunch of parts. I am glad you like it. Thank you.

primalxconvoy - to be honest I have no idea why can't you see the images. All of them work good on all devices I have and as you can see many other users were able to see them. Images are on private european server which I am using all the time. Maybe it's the matter of your firewall or other software blocking foreign websites. Try this adress and tell me if it works:

That's a pretty neat idea. I have no idea where I could get one but if I will I am definitely going to do something with it. However Predaking comes first:)
