Hello Autocons! My brother and i stole a kit like this from a flea market back in the 90's as we could not afford to buy one. We had fun times together as crooks (LOL!). Unfortunately, carma hit us and that kit broke in a matter of days. Boy he was devastated. Few decades later, i came accross this kit on Ebay for a very cheap price and decided to buy it for him.
Suprisingly, i was able to build and paint this kit 'by hand' in a record time of two days (the camo was hand painted as well). Out of the box, the kit looked like poo. But after the custom, i'd say it looks quite alive.

Wow, this is such an old model kit (which I also had and put in storage, after I acquired the Revoltech figure) that it's great to see it again. It was a very well sculpted model kit back in the day. I think it still stands quite well in the test of time. Patlabor's one of my top 5 favorite robot anime.

Same here. What i like about these Patlabor mechs are that they are almost real-life looking. The design doesn't depreciate as much either. Indeen a very well-sculpted figure. It is quite risky to perform a custom paint job because of the fact that it is old and very rare. Any mistakes can spill disaster. It is hard to replace if ever mistakes are made. It is trully a one of a kind for me.

Thanks man. The camo suites this kit very well.

And also, i just saw in Youtube that there's actually a Patlabor motion picture series. Kinda like Michael Bays Transformer Move combine with Powe Rangers movie (LOL!). It's cool for the fact that you see the a real-life (CGI) Ingram in action.
