Wasn't happy with the TW Bulldozer head. CW Bonecrusher's head is the same size, so why not swap em? The neck attachment methods are different, so i had to find a ball joint with a medium length post, drill a screw hole and screw it to the BDozer neck plate. The result takes a damn fine looking figure and gets it closer to ideal.

Really loving this! have you done any other head swaps with the other Toyworld Constructicons since?!
So far the other 3 stock Toyworld heads look pretty good to me so I haven't tried swapping those. But they dropped the ball on the Bonecrusher head sculpt prompting me to do this mod.
Do you have some close up pics of the ball joint & screw hole? Where did you find the ball joint you used? I'm new to modding & this may be something I may do.
Ooh nice. The thing that is holding me back from purchasing Toyworld's Constructicons is the head sculpts. I want someone to make casts of the CW heads so I could use them for the Toyworld's. I'd happily pay for that. Don't wanna fork out a hundred quid buying the CW figures for just the heads.
