Here's my take on Broadside. He was made utilizing the Leader Jetfire figure.

What you've done is well executed, but the photos seem to give the impression that there is no detail on the white sections. Also, the other colours, while neat, evenly coated and accurately reflecting the character, seem to lack detail.

I would counter this by a light grey ink/paint wash on the white areas (or paint the white in an "off white" colour, in order to "attract" shadows), while adding details, such as Autobot symbols, metallic paint details (some wires, indented circuitry details, etc), and and some other colours here and there.

 

would've been awesome to see this instead of the 3 seekers. we need a broadside of this size from hasbro

 

White isn't the easiest to photograph. Also, it might have been a conscious decision to not use a wash.

 

It was done on purpose. I debated on what to do about the "lack of detail" for a while, and came to the conclusion that it was perfect the way it is for what I wanted. I colored this so it would fit into an "average" shelf, with Wreckers and the like that weren't overly detailed or painted, but still be different enough to be eye catching. Thanks for the constructive criticism though! For my next potential custom, I'll definitely keep the advice at hand.
