    Leg Thrusters

    Try small stuff like what you are doing, like the leg bits and what you are already doing and work your way up. With the nosecone you already made, this should be well within your skill level, its just going to be tedious.

    I second this. This design and how great (and easily) it works is way too good to just be on Shapeways. If this was made with an injected mold it would be perfect.

    I am so sold on this. i love how you've done the wings.

    I still plan on getting UW Bruticus but like you can never have too many Space Shuttles.

    Today I got to paint and put the head on...and I found a slight design flaw - messages sent out to folks who bought the head in beta and with instructions to fix or replace.

    Took me a while to get the color almost right: brown + blue + green + white :(

    You're gonna make me buy another Hasbro Blast Off for these upgrades. lol

    I want to keep one as is (gun swap though) as a Shattered Glass Slingshot.

    Holy shit you saved Bruticus! I still want an official shuttle Blast Off from Takara but I might just spring for the Hasbro set for the time being and get these parts. I can always get rid of the Hasbro set when Takara releases theirs!

    I got the Beta head from shapeways and mentioned it in my review...nice design...it is just a little off but still fits nicely to me...improves the figure A TON just with the head...good work bro!
