    @kalron: Thank you. I will try their service.

    @jame5y: Thanks for your observation.

    I'm currently refining the feet mesh and doing analysis on the clamp to be used. I'll get maybe shapeways to print it. Cheers. Will update soon.

    I am a little bit worried he will fall over backwards. Whirl is pretty back-heavy and you have reduced his footprint quite a bit. I could be wrong, but you may want to give that some consideration. Other than that, I like the improvement!

    @marvel, nobleboivin b & bumblebeej8. Cheers. I am currently o9ptimizing my model for shapeways. It will happen. Thanks you.

    @Hotpiece: Thanks for your observation. Your concern is noted. I initially did a mock using those micro legos. It stands well enough on the dimensions I've set for the feet. I'm quite excited myself. Thanks again.

    Looks terrific. Looking forward to hopefully ordering these upgrades if you put them up on Shapeways.

    Thanks to all.

    I'm currently preparing the model for for a runner format and have a prototype print but while doing detail on the CAD I decided to do a version replacing the ball and socket deal with the ankle with a swivel. Now I'm stuck pondering how to get a decent angled heliopod configuration.

    My head hurts. Currently sorting the issue out.

    Cheers

    Heres the clip for the feet. I thinks I may have to redo the support tab for the feet ankle to whirl vanilla feet.

    have you considered doing something for the rotor, so it could be transformed into something like a rail gun for the mecha mode

    I see. That would involve yanking out the existing rotor. It's easy with a soldering Iron. Just heat up the pin a bit for easy pulling. Interesting Idea regarding a rail gun. That would be nice.

    Current progress. Some parts plated into one object for cheap print prototyping. :D

    Minor update.

    Got the 1st prototype cheap print.

    Still a long way to go. Will do another round with the tweaks. So far everything fits except for the shield because I had to remove unprintable tabs for the cheap print. Though I may release the mesh to all via shapeways soon since the one for high res print is good enough.

    Very nice!

    I love that his shield can fit on his vehicle form.
