Cool. I used to have this as a kid. This and the camper van one. You could probably repaint that as Rodimus to go with Optimus here.
It looks like an old school Galoob "Mico Machines" playset. Pretty sure Hasbro owns the rights now, I'm surprised they haven't released something similar yet. G60, looks good. Good luck with the bids. I saw a Tank that turns into a military base that would make a good start for a G2 Megatron playset
It's nice, but it still looks to me just like the original, just with the odd Autobot and Decepticon sticker popped here and there. Perhaps, if all the original stickers and details, etc were repainted/had custom stickers, then it would look different?

It does ofcrs if you own or know the original you will notice but the kids dont and thats where it is aimed at... the mods where relatively minor but substancial to me for an optimus version... i mean HasTak changed to design 10000times b4 so i guess so can i hhehe I do agree that the basemode stickers changed would look killer if all replaced, but i had limited time sadly plus that would have seriously driven up the price to a point that nobody would get! you know what that got me thinking, reprolabels should totally do this!
like i said ofcrs i could take it to the next level and add stuff to the interior of the playset, it would sadly jack up the price to a point it might not be interesting anymore... but who knows if im in a good mood i might add sum stuff thnx for the idea dude
Oh, gotcha just fashion one out of some odds and ends - but I forgot to say, top top job dude, absolutely love it! If you've made it for your kids then you pretty much rule as a dad!
hehe no sweat dude i no dad yet but trust me im gonna have lots of fun currently fulltime working on my H0 scale traintrack (i never grow old, im a kid myself lolz) thnx dude, saw the thing in a thriftshop and DAMN got the idea straight away and gotta have it for cheaps who knows 1day i do the others!
