he definitely looks proportioned better so awesome work there! can't see many other differences tho man, upload some brighter pics if you get a chance
Appreciate the compliment! One thing I've done is give the head a ball jointed neck. I also took off Rooks vehicle roof, which goes right back on easily, and while in combined form, goes onto Defensor's back. It fills it out decently.
Here are a few more pictures, a little better lighting too. Hopefully what I'm doing is somewhat visible. I'm flipping Hotspots legs around to expose the empty side of them to the front. And am adding some parts to cover and thicken Defensor's thighs. Still.....a work in progress.
Love the proportion and red on the waist area. Did you raise the chest piece too to expose more blue areas? That ladder black piece ruins his look and the torso DEFINITELY needed more blue. Those mods alone gives him back his look. Btw this is AMAZING! Can we get clearer pics?t
Have you got comparison pics to show how Defensor sizes up alongside Superion/Menasor? I really like the torso proportions. I wish Perfect Effect would have put out a dedicated Defensor upgrade to fix him.
I apologize about bad pics. I'm trying to get better pictures, really I am. I appreciate all the such nice comments. The blue on the abdomen is an add on. The thighs are add one, and of course the crotch section is too. As for his height, the additions have made Defensor stand just a bit taller than my Superior, which I used Cybertron Optimus Primes feet as his feet. I'll post more pics, and hopefully better ones, tomorrow. Work has kept me from having time to take pictures of my progress. Again, I appreciate all the comments gentlemen.
