And this reminds me that I never finished the interface for that Mirage shoulder cannon!

 

Nice. Still waiting for prowl shoulder cannons. There are slots for these to plug into too and still I gotta beg lol. Love these g1 guns though. There a way to modernize them?

 

I hear one of the heavy-hitters is working on Prowl shoulder cannons, so I've been shying away from them.

What did you have in mind by "modernize?"

 

Well, I now have an experimental tester set for a mirage rocket for anyone who wants to tinker with it. I have no idea if it will work, but it includes a block of plastic that plops into the gap next to Mirage's head, then an angled armature with a 4mm peg to stick in the block and a 5mm peg to stick in the rocket launcher. I angled the armature so that the customizer can fiddle with the position of the rocket...it won't point up or down, but it can rotate. The rocket is removable.

Of course, the big question is whether or not it will all fit together and stay put....

Those are all great guns Tresob! The only change I'd make would be to shorten SunStreaker's G1 arm by omitting the last 2 ridges and the little post. I think it would look a bit more cohesive as a weapon, and be like an homage, instead of being a direct copy of G1 parts. As it is, your work is very, very good!

 

Here's a gun I made for CW Hound...at least it will be for Hound once Swindle sells it to him.


Should I start a new thread which lists all of the 5mm weapons I've put together? Would it be more or less annoying than having all of these threads for one or two characters?
