I had to bore his head out like a melon, I took out his eyes and glue gunned the inside of his face until the glue protruded just enough and shoved my LED contraption against the inside of his face. Rewired the lame ass LEDs they had in his body that lit up a couple of clear plastic extended around him. When u moved his arm his eyes blinked and the motor jet thingies on both sides of his head, so I transferred the blinking wire to a brighter LED and stuck that in the cockpit and left the jet motors alone. All in all a good day! Starscream will rule!!!
And then I'm going to fill the first teir with glue to even out the light and not have it shine from one source. After I paint the thing gold. And it will be hidden ne'er his cockpit glass... That's purple... Can I dye clear plastics?
Yes, and I'll have let's say 5 images up, I'll say upload, then I'll view my thread, and it'll only have the last image I had put up..
There is a tutorial somewhere had to use it myself. If you've posting via mobile that could be the problem my last phone wouldn't post at all.
Her I bondod the styrene housing unit for the switch. Sanded it down for the primer and paint coming up!
Gotta say it, I am not a fan of lighting gimmicks in our figures... You just changed that. The solution is brilliant, and they look totally RAD!
