Here's my take on MTMTE Getaway using Smokescreen's body and Crosscut's head. I also gave him Crosscut's black version of Skids' guns since I figure they'd have similar weapons since they're both agents of the diplomatic corps. I think I like his door wings up to distinguish him more from Smokescreen but there's pictures both ways for comparison. Thanks for looking! Alt mode: Robot Mode:

Great work, would never have guessed that mold would have been such a good fit for mtmte getaway. Haven't seen many other people attempt mtmte getaway, maybe it's because he is considered so likeable, wholesome, trustworthy and not at all sinister amongst the fans.
Damn, that looks really good! I'd always thought of using Prime Wheeljack for Getaway, but this looks much better
I'm so glad that someone finally did this, because the resemblance between this mold and MTMTE Getaway was driving me crazy! Nice job... good call on the Crosscut head... it works. zmog
Bomp. Looks fantastic, Getaway fits the Smokescreen mold suprisingly well. Wonder if this could become reality at some point...
Thanks for the kind words everyone! I had to do a lot of shaving to the head cavity to make the new head fit. (Kinda explains why Smokescreen had such a pinhead.) Not sure it'd pass safety standards if they remolded it (feels fine to me but I dunno what their standards are...). Otherwise it'd be a reeeeaally tiny Getaway head.
getaway Head looks spot on. Love the way the faceplate looks. Great work. I was also debating the thought of using that mold or Prime Wheeljack for a Getaway. Now you're making that decision tougher.
As someone who has made 2 customs using this mold, I gotta give you props. This mold does not make it easy for bashers. The cavity in the chest for the head is tiny and shaving it nearly destroys all structural integrity. The pins in the knees and ankles are unremovable. And the rubbing parts... keeping paint from scrapping off is crazy hard. It is a nightmare mold.
