Very Sweet! Gundam needs more Love!
So is this the Newest Zeta? How does it relate to the original Zeta, and Double Zeta mechas? I'm an old Gundam fan and have not seen any of the newer stuff after 8th ms team.

This kit was actually quite old (maybe between late 90's and early 00's). I've seen from some Japanese Gundam forums that this particular Zeta, along with the Zeta Plus B, Zeta Plus C1, Zeta EX and EX-s, was designed by Mr. Katoki (it's a Ver. Ka) . But these only showed in comics and not on any TV shows (except there was a scene in Gundam Unicorn, were they showed a grey Gundam Zeta plus A1 being stepped on by another Gundam as it tried to take off in alt mode). These Ver. Ka kits are the newer Zeta's.

The Zeta Plus A1 (Amuro Ray) and B were based on the old Zeta Gundam and it was built as mass production type suites. I think the Zeta Pluc C1 was one of the mass produce suites that is capable of atmospheric entry. The EX and the EX-S is I think based on the Double Zeta (ZZ) and FAZZ design. I don't think the EX and EX-S is a mass production mobile suite though. The EX-S has the A.L.I.C.E system as it's secrete weapon, but i forgot what the acronyms stand for. Gotta check that in Google.

    Thanks and you're welcome.

It looks like you're a Gundam guy as well just by looking at your Gundam Saviour Vent as your Avatar pic. I could not find that particular kit anymore.
