Well, thought it was about time that I did a new repaint! This time, I'm converting the rather nifty CW First Aid into a desert-coloured Outback! Like I did with my Mudslinger, I'm painting the vehicle mode first and the robot mode second.. The main colours I'm gonna use are all Games Workshop paints; Zamezi Desert, Death World Forest, and Mournfang Brown. Fingers crossed this will turn out ok..
Sweet! I thought this mold would make a good Outback/Brawn. Still waiting on that legends remold of Brawn though. *Hint, hint Hasbro*
Hey this is great man! Also is that Citadel paint Games Workshop? GW is probably my favorite paint to use and when I saw that they switched to Citadel I thought they got rid of it. Sweet! Anyways great job.
Yep; pretty sure Games Workshop / Citadel paints are the same thing. They have some pretty damn nifty names too! hehe
Nice idea! I wanna turn him into Ironhide/Ratchet myself. First pic progress pic with the green on top looks like TFA Bulkhead but with the brown added I'm totally seeing it. Can't wait to see it finished
Well, pretty much done the vehicle mode; just need to give a few spots a second coat, and go over a few details.. But apart from that, truck mode is done! Will try and start on his robot mode on Thursday, and maybe dry-brush his combiner foot/hand thing with a nice colour, so it kinda ties everything together.
I am considering doing this can't wait to see yours. I've had some dlx green tank Megatrons treads just in case brawl sucked. Brawl turned out awesome but why wait to the op digging the outback idea
One sick Outback. Can't wait to see what you do to the bot mode, what your head choice is, etc. Are you gonna keep the combiner parts, or neuter them? I took Brawn's out to use elsewhere.
Will be keeping all its original parts, maybe with the exception of giving him a gun or two.. Might change his head, once I find a replacement I like though..
