Introducing RAT PATROL. Inspired by Beast Wars Season 2, episode 2, where Dinobot, Cheetor, and Rattrap hold off Predicons from assualting the Ark while Rhinox is searching for Primal's spark. Dinobot and Rattrap's relationship was one of the best relationships on the show, and is one of the greatest buddy combos of all time. These figures have been customized from a Universe Dinobot to have show accurate colors and a Transmetal Rattrap, who has been painted for more show accurate colors, and also swapped his head for the Generations Rattrap, which I think has more character. Dinobot has 2 guns and 2 gun belts; 1 large rifle and 1 pistol, both of which are special customs for this project; the gun belts are from a GI Joe figure and are fit special for Dinobot. Rattrap has 1 pistol, and his arms have been modified to allow for his wheels to be removed and used as shields, as he used them in the episode. The figures do look a little awkward when Dinobot climbs atop Rattrap, due to the size of the figures. They still look pretty durn awesome, though!
I really love what you did here.. Ratrap's wheel/Shield, and just about everything you did to Dinobot.. As for Ratrap's weapon... I have always used one of G1 Hotrod's guns.. they look cartoon accurate and it fits Rattraps non standard fist holes..

Dinobot looks SOOO much better! Some photo tips to help you show off your work better: - use two equally bright light sources instead of one; - put them on either side of you so that the subject gets lit from two sources almost in front of it (eliminates deep shadows and over-exposed parts); - experiment with a white background (sheets of paper). Different figures need a different background (White, grey or black) to show them off better.
