Now this a story all about how
My lugnut got flipped, turned upside-down
And I'd like to take a minute, just sit right there
I'll tell you how I turned this plane into a Shark of the Air



Downtown Raleigh, girls and boys,
At Crowemag's is where I buy gently used toys
Browsing, selecting, admiring g1 tracks,
And shooting longing glances at their boxed Fort Max



When AOE toys that were really no good
Started clogging pegs up in my neighborhood
I surveyed the whole selection, realized I didn't care,
bought a used lugnut to make into a Shark of the Air



I cut and I sanded styrene day after day
With a chin made from a pen cap I was on my way
I gave him a fin fist in an homage most belabored
I grabbed all my spray cans, said, "I might as well paint it."




With his automorph I knew there wouldn't be space
For my homeshark's elongated snarly shark face
So i got a bunch of styrene made a hinge right down there
To accommodate the head sculpt due a Shark of the Air



I finished the custom 'bout 7 or 8
Yelled to TFA Mindwipe, "Yo, homes build you later!"
Looked at my handiwork I was finally there
Now I can pose my Team Charr with a Shark of the Air

Isn't there already a generations skybyte?   Joking aside, it could probably be done, but I don't have enough time for commissions. I barely have enough to do my own projects  

 

That is one of the greatest things I've ever seen! And the custom is pretty sweet too. I wouldn't have imagined it, but it looks great.

 

I was wondering when someone would do this! I should have guessed you'd be the one to do it, considering your history with Animated customs.
All in all, this is a nice representation of Skybyte from the end of "The Stunticon Job".

Thanks! I didn't make it up though, this is how he looks in the botcon comic. In fact, now that I think of it, since he's a retool of an existing tool but mindwipe & blot aren't, I'm guessing sky byte was originally planned for inclusion in the botcon set and got budgeted out. Who knows?

I hope you mean don't stop the customs. Because I plan to stop rapping almost immediately  

Thanks! Yeah, I had this guy sort of the pipeline for a long time but it wasn't until blot was done I felt like digging into it.
