Or "Dogpool Starring Keysha the Dawg!" I'm not real sure just what to call this custom honestly, hah. Good ole Error from here at TFW had me do a Deadpool head sculpt for this figure he had already done some paint work on, then later asked if I could just finish and repaint it. It is supposed to be Dogpool but as his girlfriend's dog instead of the mangy dark brown mutt Dogpool usually is. As you can see from the last pic I kept a lot of what Error had going on with the paint, but with a bit of fine tuning and reinforcement, including sculpting over and sanding down the areas with the costume on to tone down the fur textures. Doggypool transforms into what I suppose I'd call Deadpool in special dog armor.
that's really cool. but let me ask you this: did you run into a lot of rubbing problems with the joints? i'm working a custom with this mold and some of the ball joints are killing me after i put everything back together
Some of these joints were a little painted when I got a hold of it but usually I don't paint them since they will just rub that paint back off. Ball joints just arent really a good place for paint.
Overclocker thanks. thats creative and inspiring. i have a shiba looks just like that and you pulled the deadpool off very well! awesome concept!
