Its Been a while since I posted on here. Picked up the Sprukits 1/8 scale level 3 Master Chief kit. Took about 45 minutes to assemble. When he was done, he looked to clean - the green was too bright, so I created a wash of interior aircraft black and US Army OD Green to dull down the original plastic color. I then added grime and combat effects throughout the Mjolnir Powered Armor, as well as the rifles and handguns. There was an amazing amount of detail on this kit, to include energy discharge battle damage in the chest already molded in. Level 2 shown for original Armor color
The wear and tear looks really nice. Gives it that "been through hell" look. Will you be detailing the blue/gray parts as well?

As far as the Blue parts, that is meant to be the armored skin suit, so more than likely no, because there is a carbon fiber textured look/feel to it, and I think it contrasts nicely with the battle damaged Armor. Since the whole suit system is meant to be different layers, I painted it as such.
