I couldn't quite find a place for this guy on my shelf, he was a stand-in for a legends class Brawl for a while, and then I decided I needed a legends G1 colored Megatron who didn't turn in to a gun (I always liked the idea of Megatron as a tank better, anyhow).

So, a tiny bit of work with an exacto knife and a very small drillbit, followed by a complete repaint, and I've got this.

I also widened the hole in his head by just a hair, so the cannon can be switched to the arm for 'bot mode, then back to the head for tank mode.

The green visible on his face is something I'm going to have to fix, but I hadn't expected it to come off where it did and I might have to re-silver the whole face to fix it up. And I see a few spots where I missed some green plastic that'll need touching up. Funny how some of those really only come out when there's bright lighting from a camera flash. But otherwise, I'm pleased with how he turned out. :)

Nice! Love how you have the cannon detachable and able to fit on his arm. Something I want to do to my legends Megatron. Nice job!

The silver on his face? Dunno... probably the camera flash washing it out? I don't really have a good set up for taking photos.
