First off I truly love the concept from the live action movies that a Cybertronian can scan different vehicle modes, so with that in mind here is my latest offering. Arcee made from a Masterpiece Seeker.

I made this for my 8 year old daughter and she absolutely adores it, so I thought I would share it with the rest of you. As you can see, Arcee started as a MP Acid Storm and was thoroughly cleaned for priming. Green is not the easiest color to cover with white, so I used a bit thicker paint then I'm used to. As a result the paint job is not the best, but certainly fine enough for my daughter. I then sprayed the other areas with a perfect shade of pink to really bring out her inner "Arcee". Although the accent areas appear black in my pictures, they are actually gun metal color. A couple Autobot waterslide decals and some clear coats for durability and viola...Arcee as she has never been seen before, at least I have never seen her this way.

 

Wow, the MP Starscream mould has such a pretty face.  

I think it looks awesome, great thinking outside the box.

Seriously, my first thought was not "that's a pink Starscream", it was "That is Arcee."

That is impressive. Great job, man.

 

The face is very feminine, but then I always thought G1 Starscream was a complete screaming queen (and thus any figure made in his mould would look equally as effeminate lol).

The makeover is surprisingly effective. Good job!  

 

That is absolutely stunning. And a royal "F*$& You" to anyone who bitches that "Masterpiece figures aren't for children. Yes, yes they are. Congratulations to your daughter.

 

That is truly awesome that you made that for your little girl. I know when my little girl is born and gets up in age I will be doing this for her as well. I tip my hat to you good sir.

That's why I never liked the MP11 head, I always thought it was a little too feminine to be a seeker.

But seriously, great job all around, this works very well.

  I... I don't have words to say how well this actually works. I literally cannot look in the English dictionary and find anything to say how shocked I am that this works. I tip my hat, toss bouquets at you, and applaud wildly to you, sir.

Although seeing this actually makes me want to see Slipstream handled the same way you did, sir. Just food for thought, I guess.

 

Very nice. Haven't attempted s MP figure yet but I did recently purchase a Hasbro Sunstorm MP I plan to tackle in the near future.
