After a year of customizing and 3D modeling with a lot of trial and error with printed parts, I finally was able to see this project through. There were several times where it just seemed overwhelming and due to my own short comings, both financial and as an amateur 3D designer, this one almost did not make it. I am glad it did. It is my most ambitious custom and has tons of features. I still want to revisit this design and ad upgrades at a later date.
    Thank you for viewing.

    Holy...

You outfitted an entire Ford truck body all over Ironhide?!?

That is some skill. I'm impressed like always with your crossovers.

This is probably one of my favorite crossovers you have done so far.

Nice job! Although I feel like I'm almost watching a Michael Bay film with your photo shopped pics. Lol! I definitely like how you did the partial reshell and scale works awesome with those joes.

    Thank you sir!
    Thanks !
Yes, the pickup wraps around and shifts around to transform into robot mode. It took a year but it finally came together.

    Thank you sir.

Thanks man! It is a huge compliment coming from an artist of your caliber. I feel like if you can't tell it transforms then I did my job. :)

Thanks man! Big fan of your crossover work.

Thank you for the support brother!

    I really appreciate it man!

Many thanks brother, I think this is my most elaborate custom to date and perhaps also my favorite. Just trying to push the envelope with the big customs. Eventually gain enough experience to make bigger vehicles.

Thanks man, The mold is one of my favorite bots to work with honestly.

Thanks man I wanted to also work a bit on my editing. It was a lot of extra cleanup and photoshop but hopefully it paid off and looks better than my usual photo shoots.

    Thank you man!

Thanks man, I am a huge fan of your 3D work. I one day would like to do stuff the way you, Fakebuster and Tecrom do.

Great and inspiring build! I love the paint as well as the mechanical mods involved, the photoshop is amazing too! (Something I've tried to use but fail miserably every time:eek:  ). Did you actually manage to keep the top half of bot mode in the vehicle while keeping the cab empty or do you add it as you transform the vehicle into bot mode?

Thanks a lot man! I am really excited to see your HISS tank transform. It will be a cool bot from the looks of the build and wip pictures. The photoshop is just something that I like to do because before I started customizing toys my background hobby was comic book art and I had to do everything myself, from digital colors to editing.

To answer your question about Ironhide's transformation. The robot is one solid piece with no removable parts for transformation. The cab opens and shifts around the arms using 3D printed swivel pieces :) .

Part of the challenge making this was coming up with a transformation where it could still accommodate modern era G.I. Joe figures and still shift around without any partsforming. The cab shifts around the arms, the hood and front section wrap around the feet as well as the front tires. The rear tires and bed section collapses into a backpack (Which was the hardest part to come up with).

The only things removable about him are his arm cannons and I intend to make an optional upgrade to store them in vehicle mode as well as add more weapons for a more Mad Max/Road Warrior look.
