How much are your Glacia-bots ?

I've been collecting since I was around 10, and I played pretty exclusively with transformers before that, but I have never owned a third party figure. The recent Talon and Feral Rex photos have finally made me decide to take the plunge. First off, just wanted to say thanks for opening my eyes to a whole world of 3rd party I never looked at, but I also wanted to ask what kind of experience and training you look for in designers for MMC. Some of the work you guys are doing is nothing short of genius.
