So...do they only get you items from other sellers that pop up in searches or can I say to them "I'm looking for these recently released candy toys, but I need 2 full sets of them. Can you go out and find them?"

Just wondering if its a middleman buying service or if they will actually go out and search for an item I'm looking for.
