Yeah. Some relatives are visiting, my boyfriend came over a few days ago which was nice and I'm getting ready for DDs birthday.

So, what kinds of shows do you like?

I like pretty much everything that has a good story and great characters. My tastes run all over the place. For shows, I really liked Supernatural, Doctor Who, Longmire, Justified, Blacklist, Babylon 5, Battlestar Galactica, Game of Thrones, Stargate, Suits, The Good Wife, 24, the Shield, Sherlock, Luthor, Broadchurch, Flash, Daredevil....too many to really list

I like Battlestar Galactica. Used to watch reruns with my mom.

Original was fun. I enjoyed watching that as a kid. I,liked the reboot series as well.

I assume DD is your daughter. How old is she going to be and what did you get her?

Yup. She's going to be 15. She isn't getting much.

Going to try and find her PotP Rippersnapper. Just in time for shark month. Lol

Too bad we are not closer. Both my ?Toys R Us and ?Walmart have lots of Rippersnappers. He looks pretty good. Sounds like she is going to do alright. Pretty cool that she likes Transformers and action figures. Does she play with them? Use her imagination and run around all "pew pew pew!"?

Not as much as she used to, but sometimes she still does. Though she prefers weird and crazy action packed dramas. And she's not "too cool" to play with her younger cousins.

She's loved transformers since the movies and animated came out. She has quite a few favorites. Seems to gravitate towards cop, dragon and unusual alt-modes, but her tastes vary wildly.

She's not into comic book figures. So I'm not sure if this is a recent development, or a one off?

Her main loves are Pokemon, MLP and toy animals.

Shuri was a damned good character, so maybe she just liked the powerful female character who kicked ass? I did not like the transformer movies characters myself, but animated was pretty cool. Nothing wrong with action packed dramas, pretty much describes the entire CW

She doesn't like the movie toys either. She has like, Scorn and Grimlock and that's it.

She prefers Chug type toys. Generations, FoC, CW, TR, PotP. She also likes RiD15 and she has a few Rescue Bots.
