That's true. It's also probably going to technically be the finale to season 3 of OP/exRiD, with #22-25 serving as "meanwhille..." for the Unicron mini.
My only hope is that if things take a turn for the worst, IDW can properly close the door on their stories, unlike Dreamwave. Which I'm kind of thinking is what they're preparing for with Unicron.
As if the Dinobots weren't powerhouses before. Now they've gotten a major boost. Plus with him and Victorion, the Autobots now are a little more even with Decepticons in the Combiner department.
That first one I remember, and the second one I didn't really think that it was Unicorn. I guess it was because we kept being told that Unicron was being kept on the top shelf and wouldn't be used for a long time. Guess it wasn't as long as I thought....
There's been mentions of "Primus's opposite," and LV-117 was destroyed in a very Unicron-ish matter. Plus Barber hinted he was going to be coming at SDCC last year, I believe.
I feel things will depend on how the third event will happen and what comes after. I'm starting to think that Power of the Primes will be both the final Prime Wars event, as well as the final event in this overarching Hasbro-verse arc. Makes it more convenient and it doesn't make it look like there's too many events.
