Hey if you like to check it out, I actually have a Transformers AU fan fic called Transformers VG. It's an AU where pretty much all the Transformers are different video game characters, but I still retain elements from both the transformers and video game characters when it comes it writing. The story is draws elements from G1, Animated, and Prime by drawing inspiration from characters and storylines.
