It's gonna be weird for a while returning to the era of WTFs without Spoiler Sections, again. Just when I was starting to get used to the even more insane intro this past year!

According to the wiki's BotCon 2010 article, it was Hironori Kobayashi who was at BotCon last year.

Negative 10,000 respect points to GogDog for badmouthing Leader Ironhide. :mad

    :p  ;)

It seems like the permanently bent knees are part of Ironhide's default stance, to give him that stocky, hunched over sort of look.

I don't any problem closing up the missile launcher leg panel - it opens up, the launcher points forward, then can snap close when I push the side panel back without further interference from me. I believe there are actual knives with holes in them, diver's knives, I believe, have holes in the grip.

All I can say is, if you like fun toys, you like Ironhide and don't mind limited knee articulation (his arm and shoulder articulation is perfectly fine) and aren't annoyed by electronics, get him, preferably during a sale, as always.

Hey guys yet another great Podcast :D , although the singing right at the end was quite good, lol, it left me with a bit of an odd feeling as oddly enough...
I almost died as a kid whilst listening to that song as it was playing on the car stereo at the time when a Semi-Trailer attempted to sideswipe myself and the rest of my family off the road into a ditch. :(

Obviously you guys weren't to know that so no ill feelings but I do have a question to ask of you:
    • Would it be possible to get a link to the translated article you were discussing that was with regards to the Japanese Engineers?

Any information would be greatly appreciated and I thank you all for your time. :thumb

Yeah, along with about 7-10 other Takara-Tomy employees. The wiki is not a substitute for actually attending a convention, contrary to popular belief.

He was standing next to a female colleague while Yoke was giving autographs.

Except the fact that he's not at all fun.

Haven't listened to the podcast yet, but here's my one piece of advice for Leader Ironhide:

    Break his neck.

You heard me. Grab his head, twist real hard, and there should be a snap. Now not only does his head turn freely, but you can keep the battle mask lowered too! It's one of those exceedingly rare cases in which breaking your toy actually improves it.

Awww, I didn't think the in-movie designs for the Arcee sisters were atrocious at all. The toys on the other hand....

Also, glad I stood until after the closing theme. Loved Seth's little musical number.

Hey guys, thanks for taking the time to answer my questions - you sounded really tired at the end there, so sorry if the questions bored you.

For your interest, Vangelus, the wota stands for Wheel of Time Alliance, a message board I used to belong to.

    Cheers

Leader Ironhide is awesome! Superfun and the only leader my nephew can transform. The rare time I would ever disagree with the Gog!

Yeah, I didn't know, but now I understand there's always a bunch of people from TT and we rarely know who they are unless they've appeared in an article somewhere or are introduced by Hasbro. That's why I was wondering if you meant Kobayashi (being the person people recognised and mentioned in BC reports), as we had little info on Miyake Tomoya last year. But fair enough, (I assume) you remembered him and put the name to the face thanks to the recent article. Silly me

As for the wiki's BotCon information, we are limited to listing people whom we know the names of, and I didn't attempt to substitute the wiki for being there.
