Reading the intro above, why do I picture you on a land line talking to Seth for the whole show.

I like Hound's beard because it makes him unique. Maybe it's too early to say. Everyone in TF4 may have beards.

Also Vangelus, people are assuming he's Hound because military hat+military truck being Hound= That's Hound's face.

Why? Why did you have to bring up "Collector Intervention"? Why do you DO this to me, Vangelus?!

Re: Hound...I haven't been expecting anything different from the movie-verse.
I've pretty much given up on it and have been concentrating on Prime, and whatever generations figures we get. Hopefully it will mean I can save $$ and look at some of the PPP offerings :)

I loved the Feral Rex Cattilla bit. One of this show's finest moments.

*Sigh* More Jazwares bashing... I'll admit, the 5in Finn and Jake aren't the greatest. But to say "they're bad at making toys" is stupid. How many years ago were those made?

Try the Finn in Jake Suit, or the Marceline. Or hell, try ANY of their Sonic toys.

Typically a film's director signs off on on things like CGI or physical models, set direction and the like so everything is consistent with the director's vision. Now maybe Bay doesn't care enough to over see what his characters are going to look like but that's not good either.

He may very well be guiding the visual style of the CGI models, but given how little Bay seems to use the Transformers in his Transformers movies (uggg) it wouldn't surprise me if he just didn't care and used whatever the design team came up with.

It real grainy, too, so I'm hoping it looks better than that picture showed; I don't hate it, but he kind of look like Gilius Thunderhead from Golden Axe.

re: off topic discussion. I love the new 6 inch star wars black figures as well, but they have the exact same articulation as the better 4 inch GI Joe figures from the last year or two.

When I open a podcast thread, and the first thing I see is John DeLancie's Face, I know it's gonna be terrific...

Tried a few, they were all either mis-assembled or the joints were too loose.

Well, the more RECENT Sonic toys anyway. They've improved them so much since... 2008? I think that' when they got the license.

Like, the 3in ones that come with the accessories. Those blew my mind when I tried them. They actually added more articulation to them.

John DeLancie in a Transformers TV show might be a worth while idea. Let's do a write in persuasion to Hasbro :)

So, this is about the third or fourth time its been Just Seth and Vangelous. I'm starting to really think you guys need to get one more regular on the show. Its seems really great to have a/the triad for your podcasts. It increases the Banter, fills the awkward silence, and adds a more diverse opinion of the fandom.

For your odd team, have you been thinking about indoctrinating a new third man? If so... Who? Might I suggest focus on someone with a hard core enthusiastic love for 3rd Party if you are "receiving resumes".

    Signed.... one who misses GogDog.
