Actually im betting at this point (against what I want it to be) that the Takara one has stickers. The Autobot symbol pretty clearly looks like a sticker and the fact that the yellow striped "hazard" details above the shoulder gun are exactly the same deco as the sticker makes me think that. If it was a tampo I doubt they would use the same WFC inspired pattern on the sticker with cybertronian writing. I would guess the poster just picked a few stickers to apply and left the rest off (most notably the black thigh stickers and the knee stickers are unapplied). Also note that of the added paint deco, there is no added paint anywhere where stickers get applied. Another reason I think im right.

Man I hope im wrong, but I don't think so. If this thing does indeed have the stickers im not getting it.

In this image if you look at the deck it is missing one of the yellow arrow stickers on the right hand side just below the book. In addition, again, that deco for the arrow is exactly the same as the sticker. If it was a tampo I would expect it to not have the printed "lense flair" in it like the stickers do.

Can they confirm what voice waves this release of Metroplex uses (and in what language)?

 

I like Takara's Blitzwing, Springer not so much...well that and the fact I already own the Hasbro version.

 

I'd also like to know if the Takara Metroplex has a Japanese voice for the sound clips?

I'm really hoping not, has there been any confirmation?

Definitely puts most other springer figures to shame. I have my Hasbro one and haven't even transformed him yet because he looks so great out of the box in robot mode

 

Damn, Metroplex looks awesome

 

The light grey on Springer looks really bad with the green and yellow.
