By golly, that Bumblebee has a mouth molded in! They must really be committed to this new talking Bumblebee. Too bad the only accurate decos they put out were on inaccurate molds or molds that shelf warm like crazy. If this mold were deluxe sized I'd be all over it, too bad it's so big...
I'm definitely getting this Bumblebee. The deco looks great, and it's accurate to how he looks in the show now. Bonus points if they actually give it Will's voice. I have a bad feeling it won't, but it'll still be buy-worthy. Even if I'll most likely keep it in alt-mode. Now...does anybody have any idea when these will be hitting retail?
Definitely gonna get him. I found the original at ross for 14 dollars but I was broke. Then when I returned, he was still there....with the head missing (f*cking kids, seriously -_-). I'll try to save for this guy.
They should reissue the RID Deluxe bumblebee in the show colours of black but sporting a mouth - sometime.
They should reissue the first edition mold in the new show colors with a mouth. We've had way more than enough of that RID mold. In its own right it's okay, but there's another mold already in existence that is tons more accurate and more well proportioned. I still say this Weaponizer is the most accurate, and it looks gorgeous in these colors, it's just so big...
I would definitely buy that if they ever made it. It's too bad that it'll most likely never happen...
I like the Bumblebee since he is show accurate. I do wish they would do a deluxe in those colors as well. Is it true that we won't see this Bumblebee in stores until next year?
That's what I've been trying to figure out. Haven't been able to find any release info for them...at all...
I find the FE mould of Bumblebee a little to tall but a BH repaint would be a fair use for it. What a shame they could have done another entertainment pack and included June and Fowler mini-figures too. As I've mentioned before it might be useful to have a couple of those meat cleavers they make good wings and they'd also fill out the sides well on various Optimus Prime toys including the new 2014 Voyager and Ultimate Prime, And notice how the 2014 Voyager Optimus shows his shield as top mounted that might provide the excuse to reposition the shield and find a use for the other sword on the other side of Ultimate Prime. Or even give the shield to Weaponizer Prime. Pity they didn't decide to make a huge StarSaber though (there might be one in the Construct-bots line though).
Might get these, depending on their price points, they shouldn't be higher than the first releases...
I found Weaponizer BB to be a really fun figure. The gimmick worked really well and it could do some dynamic poses. It's possible to attach DLX Prime Soundwave as a shotgun weapon. It looked pretty cool. Definitely keeping an eye out for this.
Ok, this Bumble I'm getting. I hat to admit it though... Also I had the biggest Nerdgasm for Green Optimus.
The Legion one is closer to the show colours than the Deluxe - especially as SS BB has grey plastic not Black. I think if there was no head change there would be no need but as he now has a new head/face mod that gives the excuse for such a toy to exist now.
