I couldn't find any mentions of Oxford on the box or instruction.

Looks like the UK gets something first once again, last time i remember it was the Prime RID line.

Can't wait, love Bionicle, love Transformers. Will the clips used to build the figure be able to clip on figures like ROTF Recon (Jungle Attack) Ironhide?

Odd that the UK aren't getting more 'firsts' since Prime and TF in general is supposedly so incredibly popular in the all important young boys market. Not sure why the disconnect.

But frankly the only reason I'm not crying foul this time is I pretty much hate Constructo-Bots, sight unseen, and don't plan a single purchase.

I don't think so, they are a bit heftier than those clips.

I have no interest in getting any of these myself, but I'm curious as to what kinds of customs we'll be seeing thanks to these, both in the Constructabot style and the "Classics"/main line.

This actually looks surprisingly cool. Almost like Xevoz.

I'm a Wheeljack whore and I really like that head sculpt, so I may pick him up along with Soundwave, if only so I can repurpose their weapon accessories for other projects too.

By the way, are the weapons on the standard 5mm pegs?

My feelings are based on the fact that you have both while I'm stuck analyzing pictures, not because I'm a huge Soundwave fan =)

Don't have any plans for the line as a whole but I might grab that Soundwave just for the heck of it.

Constructabots could lead to custom combiners too.
