    I think he looks pretty fantastic, but I think i might wait for a sale after hearing your thoughts. I also feel spoiled after opening Springer and Blitzwing. They're so good that I feel I shouldn't settle for less, even though he still looks fun.

    am I alone in thinking this is more or less what Silverbolt should have looked like during Beast Machines?
    And I would love if someone talented could digibash him in BM Siverbolt colors.

    Great shots as usual...really lovin' his Bot mode better than beast mode... it would have been a great touch if his wings had actually had the folds, not just molded in.

    I think he looks pretty good, despite disliking pretty much everything Beast Hunters has to offer. However, I thought he was a Deluxe, so finding out that he is a Voyager..... well, he looks way too basic and uninteresting for a Voyager. Which is a shame, because if he was a Deluxe, I'd buy him (if he actually ever got released over here, or if BBTS had him cheap). For a Voyager price, though, I think I can pass.

    Yes I know what you mean - his transformation is, barring a couple of points, basically the same as Lazerback. Now I love Lazerback and I like Grimwing, but you're quite right - after Blitzwing and Springer, I was expecting a bit more in the Voyager scale.

    I didn't know that at the time, but as it happens, I'm going to do a shoot of Darksteel one of these days, so while I have Grimwing out for that, I'll add a few more pics here showing that off.

    I like that concept. Feels like the robot equivalent of having a knife in a soldier's boot for emergencies.
