I'm doubtful that will be the case, as this preview is for episode 5, while "Thirst" is episode 8.

 

Beast Wars doesn't really hold up well in themes of story.

For some reason, when I see Smokescreen's new paint job, I think of Diaclone 'Blue' Bluestreak.

Hopefully, a deluxe version won't be next to impossible to get, lol...

 

I hope "Beast Hunters" theme is not gonna destroy Transformers Prime .

I actually don't have a problem with Bulk useing the term "Beast Wars" if it actually does reference something that's happening in show.

Beast formers, from what we've had so far in the show, seem to be looked down on in the Prime Universe, with even Decepticons having a general prejudice against the Insecticons. Maybe the Preds will turn on the Megatron and the Insecticons will join them?

I am betting the last figure in the line is a repaint of Smokescreen with that deco.

I love the Beast Wars name drop. Come on it's a reference to BW not the 86 movie.

 

Eh, I think this is the point where the writers gave up. After the first few episodes they realised;

"oh god, we have less episodes and have to introduce the whole 'beast hunters' thing, lets go back and add tons of pointless references to beasts and shuffle the episode order around to make it less obvious that they weren't meant to be in this season"

Within the first four episodes the Decepticon base is destroyed and Optimus is upgraded thus loosing the Decepticons all their power gained during the season 2 finale

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we have several episodes that look like filler episodes... such as episode 8.

I'm not sure if they were being racist over them by the nature of their beast modes, felt more like Knockout and Vehicons were just reacting to Hardshell being a huge douchebag.

I mean seriously dude wouldn't shut up about INSECTICONS are THE BEST.

Then again Starscream does make comments about thinking land-based alt modes are for plebs once in a while.

 

It already did, the Sky Claw is Dreadwing's ship. Or it's based off of it at least.
