It could happen. Really all of the current Autobots not one i can see be traitor. well not after Ratchet got over and accepted what the Autobots did was done.

The title is deceiving but the tension can be on both sides being that Predacon is frozen on ice and UM, OP, or Fowler's leadership styles conflicts.

Tension builds within the Autobot team? Shouldn't they be jumping up and down for joy to have another member on their team, that they all survived, have Wheeljack among them (if he stays), Megatron is defeated (for the moment) and all back together? Maybe Ultra Magnus and his protocol stance will rub the others the wrong way. I suppose there could be an adjustment period for him until he learns how things are on Earth.

That was posted about a week ago.

 

I just figured the "chain of command" would be a problem from the Decepticon side being that Megatron was hurt pretty bad seeing that they had to carry him off and he has 2 second in commands: Starscream (military) and Shockwave (science)...but I guess they want to write it from the Autobot side. I know Wheeljack doesn't care for Magnus; I guess that could be something...and this talk about Magnus being a traitor; well he took a pretty good butt-whipping from Megs to cover that up....but I guess that could be possible too...it'll be interesting to see how this unfolds.

Yeah, they left us with the belief that Magnus returned the command to Robustimus Prime and nothing further needed to be said on that matter... but as the possible 2IC Magnus could be rubbing some chrome the wrong way.
The bots have been managed but left to make their own choices more often than not. Under Optimus' command they do as told, but if they disagree OP hasn't forced them to follow his orders....(even tho he's usually correct)
Whipjack might still be around too and his chrome was bent out of shape by UM for sure....plus Smokey could be feeling left out of things after having such an impact on all of their futures.
Also...they need a home base...maybe setting that up gets the bots worked up a bit....Jasper is history...so Fowler better get to work.

But it would seem things would be a bit more out of control on the Con side.. Megs won't be happy, they just topped his Tower of Power and Shocky will still be a dragon thorn in Starscream's side too. Plus they're stuck on that ship again.  

 

maybe that's why the toy comes with the forge hammer.

perhaps he takes it from the autobots and presents it to megatron based on a trick that megatron tells magnus he can restore cybertron with it.

 

That Predacon better not kill any Autobots. My emotions have already been through enough roller coaster rides. I don't want to go on another one.

By deducing what the title of the episode and the synopsis my guess is at one point or another, team Prime bots have questioned Optimus decisions/orders without the strictness of reprimand or admonishment. But they still knew who was in charge. With the arrival UM and logically is OP's second in command plus the fact that they know his demeanor and strict protocol, the bots feel like they're being micromanaged without fully being appreciated; particularly Smokie's recognition as valued member for his sometimes unapproved but heroic actions, Wheeljack's insubordinate attitude, wrecker styles of Bulkhead/Jackie(again)and the humans being around might send UM in a bitching session between his subordinates and OP.
