I haven't bought any ever since they first came out.

I'm not about to start now.  

Good for those who do buy them though.

Is that a clear purple bat that turns into a sythe in the upper left of the decepticon page?

I mean joint tolerance aside on clear plastic I think that has some nice dark energon/ insecticon motif to it.

 

Good stuff Sol Fury. I have a decent amount of these, but some of the unique combos make me want more, especially on the Decepticon side.

 

Nice, but most of these combinations scream 'just put the pegs into whatever holes you find!'

Arms Micron are still pretty nifty though....

 

Hasn't this been known for a few days already? I thought the Autobot one went up last week and the Decepticon one went up a day or so ago?

 

Yeah, that's Hades. He comes with Darkness Megatron.

 

Autobot ones don't look too good to me perhaps because of their colours. Pink A.R.C. really kills it for me. But Decepticon ones look very interesting, and I have quite a few of those if not in the same colours. I'll give it a go  

 

I think A.R.C. looks better in the AMW release in gray, personally. Certainly the one with her, B.H. and C.L. looks

 

Names of the combo weapons in attached images. I must say now the Decepticons are lacking in the naming department, hehe.

 

Neat combos. Really wished they released some of these AMs as standalone pieces, like Hades and Gora II. I can't justify spending so much money to pick up yet another Megatron despite (or maybe because of XD) the shiny chrome. Even when I had packaged Darkness Megatron in hand at the stores in Japan, I couldn't pull the trigger on him. Maybe Darkest Megatron will wow me enough to get him and any possible AMs he might come with.

 

Gora II will be in the upcoming set, and Hades is great, but I always hesitate to consider him as a Minicon. He's way too big  

 

^You could consider him the Unicron equivalent of the microns.

Aside from Zori I have none of those guys. Kinda wish I had more of the cons though. The names may make me laugh hysterically, but they don't look that bad.  

 

I'll have to try some of these as I have most of the 'con moulds (for some reason, my Decepticon AMs massively outnumber Autobots)

 

I don't know why, but I suddenly really like Arms Microns.
Which is why I now have Jet Vehicon, Unicron, Breakdown and Nemesis Prime on their way.

 

They are starting to grow on me also. I would really like the Darkness Megatron arms micron but just cannot justify spending ~ $65 for him. Takara should really give this arms micron its own individual release. It would sell like crazy. The Darkest Megatron better be something really special or it will probably be shuffled into the same "not quite worth it" category.

 

I don't think anyone noticed but Takara's page is all spouting Magma and such.

It looks cool.

 

It's been like that in the backdrop for a while now. I'm "blessed" with a slow connection which lets me appreciate it as the site loads.
