I can see the Asian stores shipping out next week but I'm not sure what is the historical for the American stores on imported figs.

Anyone with experience on this?

 

Some Asian and Japanese stores might ship him out before the end of the week if they get him early. US stores are likely to be the end of next week / early the following week.

My 28yo WJ, Mirage, Sideswipe, OP, ect tires are just fine. I don't know wtf people are talking about when they say this

 

RiD Optimus & Magnus, Optimus in particular. Only things with rubber tires I've owned for more than 5 years since the 80s.

 

Those two were particularly bad for cracking rubber, and are generally an exception to the rule. Out of all the toys I have with rubber tires, the only one to ever crack was RiD Optimus.

That said, I would have preferred rubber tires on Sideswipe but the lack of isn't going to be enough to keep me away.

Actually I lied, my Alpha Morpher from Toynami also had it's rubber tires basically dry up, crumble and fall off. But it's a Toynami toy so that's to be expected.  

 

it really depends on the weather in your area as well. Quick swings in temperature or humidity absolutely destroy rubber tires. I need to be really careful where I keep certain figures in my house as to avoid them suffering that horrible fate.

 

I've never had a single rubber tire ever dry up and crumble away, even any of the RiD stuff I've ever had. Rubber tires would have been a great addition, but he'll probably be in robot mode most of the time anyway. Alert on the other hand, might be in alt mode more often than not,  . Damn I want rubber wheels on him now.

I have shoulder surgery on teh 8th and I was joking with my wife SS would show up while I'm recovering and would have all kinds of gimpy trouble trying to transform him. She said she was going to take pictures.
