Oh, so unless I create a video of my own, I'm not allowed to give some honest feedback? That's good to know.  


I acknowledge that alot of work was put into this.

I put the word problems within quotes, since they're not big deals.

My first 'problem' is a genuine issue. Guy who made this video has made alot of other ones that were awesome. There's no need for him to try and go for the easy way and parody something that's already been parodied hundreds of times.

My second 'problem' is animation 101.



What I said was not unfair critique, not from an animator, not from somebody who has no experience in that field. I'm not out to trash anybody.

But again, good to know you're not allowed to point out things unless you offer some kind of equal leverage. Or shall we all just start handing out universal praise from now on so no artist will ever feel the need to become better?

 

I heard it once for the first time a couple weeks ago from my nieces. I seriously found it annoying. All I kept hearing was "gundam" style. Never even heard it once on the radio, but I did hear one of the DJ, VJ, or ZJ mention it once. I'm probably the only one of the few people that never jumped on this Gangnam style fad/bandwagon. I just find it funny that it became a fad here in the US. You got Korean words with very few English words. I've seen the video (not the TF one) and can see why people like it, but I think I'll just stick with this Eric Prydz - Call On Me - YouTube

 

Something tells me loading a vid to youtube probably exceeds your skill set in this area. Those who can do, those who can't...talk shit on the internet about it.

 

At least you offered constructive criticism, unlike some of the dbags in this thread. So there's that.  

 

Randall.Ng's animation is awesome.
Also, I noticed a few new Character models added to his normal Cast.
The Lambotwins (using their Identical Classics alt modes), Powerglide, Hot Rod, and Moonracer.
and new Dinobots (Grimlock had previously appeared in the Cereal Commercial Parodies) and Omega Supreme.

 

This is awesome. The best part was Arcee checking out Hot Rod.

 

That was hilarious but now I can't un-see it.

 

Not talking shit on the internet, I'd say the same thing in person...so no bull shitting here. As for skill sets, get back to me when you can do something more useful than posting an insult my way...like I dunno, building something like this:

It's also still strange that people who don't like the song bother to watch the video and/or post about it.

Really, so saying this video is terrible and the Gangnam Style song sucks on an internet forum and repeating that sentiment offline is what you consider a tough guy act? And here I thought those guys that dive under the ice for gold or crab fish on the Bering Sea or live in the Yukon hunting & trapping while grizzly bears & wolf packs watch their every move were doing what people would consider tough... Who knew, I certainly didn't!

 

Not really a fan of the song or dance, but I can have a couple of laughs at the video.

My fave is still "Thriller" with the Bots and Ghost Seekers.  

 

All this needs now is some Hot Dogs wrapped up in Condoms being swung over their heads....

I like this the more times I watch it. The role reversal with Arcee is appreciated and I always like anything that includes Sunny and Sides. Plus Omega Supreme and Devestator doing the Gangnam dance...one has to wonder how many earthquakes they caused around the planet that day.

Yes, this is truly something an insane Galvatron would come up with.

C'mon, you all know it would be awesome if the video started with Soundwave, "Rumble Eject: Operation Gangnam Style!"

For those who simply MUST complain, I'm surprised nobody noticed Shockwave kick THROUGH Jazz in the end. But for a fun effort like this I'm not going to bitch about a minor rendering error.
