Who ever the female lead is, I want it to be someone already from TF history. Not a made up character for the movie, like Mikaela. Bay wants a new direction, maybe they will be Headmaster, Powermasters, Godmasters etc and the leads will have their own Transtectors.

hell, when he was making the first one, he didn't even want autobots to be IN IT, and it was just going to be decepticons vs america's military. aka battleship  

 

TF4 Filming Start Date Released?

Take it with a grain of salt but according to Acting Auditions TF4 will start filming in April 2013 and the approximate age of the leading actors will be 18 - 20 years old. The fact that they're auditioning this way can only mean that Michael Bay will try to find new faces for the new movie and not some already popular ones, as he did with the first movie.

Pretty much my thoughts. But Hasbro and Bay have to appeal to the kiddies somehow (an all-adult/military cast wouldn't be too child-friendly, I guess), so it's back to teen high school shenanigans and low brow sophmoric humor again (ROTF had the twins, DOTM had Ken Jeong doing his Hangover schtick; since it'll be based in Texas this time, I can see a lot of jokes at the expense of Mexicans, sadly).

It would be nice if, you know, the primary cast were, well, TRANSFORMERS. The humans should be tertiary.

I know. Wishful thinking.

 

  The primary cast is Transformers. You know, like Optimus, Bumblebee, Megatron, Sentinel Prime, ect.

 

Oh, yeah; I remember! Those guys who had 15 minutes in a 2 1/2 hour movie. They were ... barely there.

 

You guys that think that exaggerate way too much...

 

It should be....but really it's not. I mean when a Transformers movie doesn't have Optimus Prime in the top credits along with the human cast.

Then you know something's wrong.

 

Well that's what happens with all movies with voice acting. The actual human characters are first, followed by the voice actors, because technically, they didn't contribute as much since their job is completed in a single day.

 

I'd like to see a break down of screen time for each character.

 

You think that's bad? The dog in DotM appears in the end credits before Peter Cullen. I'm sure there are rules governing credits, but really?

 

Welp, seems legit.

I'll bet this will make the first three movies look like crap, and will win 1900 Oscars.
