    Just contact TFS and explain to them what you have noticed, they are real good at taking care of their customers so you really shouldn't have any issues w/ getting a replacement figure or having them possibly sending a new part.

    Tks I just did that. Hope they are accommodating. But I know I'm outside the ten day window now, if only by about 6 days, so I don't know what response to expect. Odd that I never found the part that broke off if I did in fact break it myself. Seems like it would have fallen out and clattered off the table the next time I transformed it but I never noticed that.

    Good news, TFSource already answered and said that their repair people would be contacting me this week. So hopefully this will end well.
