    Hegemon was decent but wasn't as great as people made it out to be. Those hip flaps were a bitch to secure in alt mode and it should have been made out of better plastic. Looks-wise he was great but just lacked a bit in execution.

    Looks like MP Megatron scaled down and slightly disproportionate

    I didn't like Hegemon in hand due to all the swirls (for lack of a better term) in the grey plastic. I thought it made him look cheap

    A Shame we never saw this figure in the scale proposed, the design and size is great. Btw is this model from Boldtoys redone as the new 3rd party megatron by boldforms???
