Oh wow. I possibly have a double fail on my part.

Autobus Prime, I had no idea that that was you in the bus costume. And I have honestly no idea how I missed that. You have the name of your comic on the side of it for crying out loud.

And Torque, I saw you and your costume several times, didn't know it was you, missed the chances to take photos. I saw you posing next to the Stay Puft Marshmallow balloon, and I think you were in the room next to me (I was in 305) and your costume was on the floor.

But Autobus Prime, and PurdueAV2003 if you see this, it was nice to meet the both of you.  

 

If you're who I think you are, we also ran into each other a few times when i was out of costume-unless you had a roommate, then i may have run into him if you didnt see me when i was taking off the suit outside that room, which i realized I didnt have a key to get into, had to find someone else to let me in lol, thus why it was sitting there.

Wish ya had taken a pic, woulda been fun to see who you were if we'd been in the shot together lol. And that Stay Puft Marshmallow Man was fun to hug-though I think a ghostbuster wasnt too happy I actually touched it  

 

I don't think we did, the only times I recall were when you were posing with the Marshmallow balloon and when me and my roommates came back to the room and the costume was just sitting there.

As for who I was, I'll probably post pictures here of me with the guests. At least the ones who did autographs.  

 

Shame we didn't, though ya, the guests were awesome-I got to just with and chat with Wally Burr and Neil Ross once, then again ran into them while Neil was getting ready to leave, so it was just Wally. Ran into Bob once, I think, but it was brief and at the bar and I hadn't seen his panel yet, so I wasnt sure.

Oh and Scott. HE is hilarious. Got him to actually open and then sign a Transmetal Waspinator in the FoxKids Buzz Saw-esque deco. Signed it right on the @$$. Was funny to watch him open it, especially when he said it was backwards, where he's used to people telling him NOT to open stuff, and I nearly died when he finally opened it and had Waspinator gasping for breath, begging to be let out-so he closed it, muffling him. Was a great time.  

EDIT:: Ta-da, new sig! OH And I just remembered, Derrick Wyatt signed my Ultimate Animated Prime, whichwas the prize for the Sunday Costume Contest.

I did, and I actually just got home-car broke down yesterday in Buffalo, made all posts last night from outside a McDonalds, as their internet reaches there lol.

Saturday, though oddlyt enough I think I remember seeing someone like you there on Sat. Go figure lol. And Awesome! wish I'd thought of that lol

 

Saturday I did Derrick Wyatt and Bob Budiansky, Sunday for Scott McNeil, Wally Burr, and Neil Ross. But having thought about it, I think what actually happened was Scott was signing someone else's Waspinator in package, and he told the story of how someone else had him open one.   My memory isn't the greatest, so that might not even be what happened.

Only reason I had them all sign the comic was I had nothing else for them to sign.  

 

TFCON was a damn good CON! Really well run and organized too. It was cool running into all the fellow fans I've conversed with on these very boards. I look forward to doing it again next year!

 

lol, that's pretty funny. And if it was a Transmetal one, it MAY have been the other one that I didn't buy, where I tod the seller my pan, and he started saying someone else could do it too. Comes full circle lol.

That's kinda exciting that he told that story-dunno why, but that makes me giddy ^^

I met so many great and cool people there. I was able to get a game of Cards Against Humanity in with 11 people. Vangelus, Peaugh, and Derrick Wyatt were among them.

 

Not to mention that it was based on the avatar I've used for 7 years!  
Was this before or after I accosted you, youBro, and Optimist at the restaurant?

Good to meet you too, chief. A pity we didn't get a chance to sit down and talk comics for a while. So much to discuss.

 

Oh wow, didn't notice that either. I'm a bigger failure than previously believed.   But I'm positive the costume contest was before we met up at the bar, and we were sitting in the back of the room for that, so I probably wouldn't have recognized you if we had met before that.
