    Good to know, I was unsure about the name when the movie was announced waaaay back in was of 05? Now, I consider him to be essential to the films identity.

    Now would someone else like to give him some work.

    bay hasn't numbered any of them yet. he better damn well not call this one "trans4mers" or i am out.

    because it just shows the lack of imagination going into this fourth film, by going by the trend set by other movies.

    Sound design and scoring is so vital to a story and Steve Jablonsky is still the only one I can imagine working Transformers. So reading this news made me pretty happy. This is great news. Steve Jablonsky is so talented.

    This is the best news I've heard about TF4 yet. Not even the lack of Shia LeButt made me this pleased.

    NOW GIVE THE ORCHESTRAL SCORES A STANDARD CD RELEASE, instead of this "inspired by" "soundtrack" crap taking priority. I wasn't able to find physical versions of ANY of the first three movie scores.

    ...though speaking of TF movie music staples, anyone wanna take bets on a new Linkin Park single for the film?

    Glad to have him back. Many of the music pieces defined moments in the film more than the visuals.

    Arrival to Earth was perfect. It captured the feel of larger than life heroes arriving to save the day.

    The battle music is great too. I love Forest Battle for making Optimus' lone stand even more epic. Battle from DotM is great too, really made me love the Dreads chase even more.

    I'd rather back my own bollocks in a boxing match against Muhammed Ali

    It'll be there, stinking up the end credits. Honestly the only good that ever came out of any of their songs being there for me was when Steve sampled a bit of 'New Divide' to help make the track 'NEST' which is fucking awesome.

    I drive an 8yr old car..yeah, it has a 6 CD changer..and it's all TF scores and soundtracks..so I'm rockin' it old school for a while longer. :dj

    Good news - a bit of musical consistency is good, and his scores are excellent. For the love of God, though, people have got to stop referring to the new film as 'Trans4mers' or some dimwit marketing guru is going to decide that is what it really should be called.
