If anyone wants, i have the receipt still, i can easily take a picture for you, show you how much they are retail, how much i got them for with my 15% discount, the tax that was applied, making the figures a hair under 24 bucks. Then you can kindly cross reference THAT information with any one of the friends i bought these for...mind you paying out of my pocket first and having them pay me back...plus the shipping cost of each, which is still clearly printed on the shipping label, and then you can ask them how much i charged them for the figure

Such a pour thing to take a picture, especially of that volume, and post it out of context. :/ I saw Paul was hooking people up, I even thought about messaging him myself but never got around to it (also thought it would be rude to impose on his trip down, also knew tons of people had probably already asked.) This is true. He offered and said he can only get a limited amount. Scalpers do it to make a profit, this is not the case here as he is doing it to help people get EVAC who otherwise cannot. Not everyone lives in So. Cal, and not everyone can just fly on down there just to get it. He's doing people a favor at cost so quit the hating.

As one of the friends Optibotimus picked the figures up for, I am ashamed at those who would dare call him a scalper. Why all the hate? The man was doing a favor for those of us that cannot easily get to Universal Hollywood. I myself live on the opposite side of the country! Leave the man alone...seriously!

 

Sorry, but you should. If you got that picture because you're following me on twitter, then you should have known why i got that many. I accept your apology and hope it's put in the past, but next time, seriously...don't take stuff out of context or as someone mentioned, find out before hand why something is the way it is.

Paying around $1000 for Plane ride, paying another $1000 for hotel and paying $100 to get into park just to buy a $20 toy or a few. Could that happen?

 

i think a lot of the people crying scalper didn't know the full story on it and just assumed.
