The SDCC version looks to be the same figure.

Due to lack of interest by retailers, the Transformers Prime First Edition Figures were cancelled after the first wave in the USA.

As a result, the Terrorcon Cliffjumper in your picture as well as the First Edition Voyagers, the Entertainment Pack, and later waves of Deluxes never made it to retail here in the states.

They are using the FE mold or the RID mold for this SDCC Cliffjumper?

no way this will cost $20 bux...the packaging alone is a collector's item...i see this at least $30....I went with the takara one as its much different to the FE one (color wise)

Definitely Setting money aside for SDCC.

That's a lot of cool stuff between the Gijoe Shockwave Tank, Rust in Peace Cliffjumper, and the fall of cybertron color bruticus box.

I actually prefer the brighter colors of the the mass retail combaticons. Has more of a bleeding edge Laser lighted tech feel to them. Blade Runner or Tron.

Still the packageing is perfect. Has a classic giftset concept going for it and is a great option for fans worried about tracking all the limbs individually to mess with the figure.

No, it's a limited exclusive that's only going to be avaliable at SDCC and, if there's enough leftover stock, put up on HasbroToyShop for a little while.

They're not. It was supposed to as part of the FE line, but it got canceled and never saw release. The regular version did see Canadian release, though.

And out of curiousity, why don't you put the "h" at the end of the "Oh"?

Not to play grammar Nazi or anything, but around here we tend to appreciate proper spelling. It helps encourage legibility of posts (not to say your posts are illegible, but it's more of a behavioral encouragement really)

The packaging is pretty cool, but I'm not really into the whole zombie thing. Probably a pass for me. The FOC Bruticus set looks pretty cool though.

So, for someone with a limited budget, who couldn't get a FE Cliff because they canceled it, can't afford one on ebay at the current prices, doesn't live anywhere near SD.... how might I obtain one of these BEFORE it costs a fortune on ebay. Any thoughts?
