A work of fiction's target demographic should not affect it's quality.

Wheeljack died offscreen. He's never returning.

Or maybe the writers have decided not to have him return until people stop asking where he is every episode.

Uh, hi, Mr. Meyers. I've been doing some thinking, and I've got some ideas to improve the show. I got it right here. (pulls out a piece of paper) One, Wheeljack needs to be louder, angrier, and have access to a time machine. Two, whenever Wheeljack's not onscreen, all the other characters should be asking "Where's Wheeljack"? Three--

I know, right? I'm a young teen, and yet I still get plenty annoyed by this show's BS.

    Nah, makes too much sense.

    Here's my theory:
Kids board Nemesis in some cliche fashion, like Bulk did in the recent ep, and take it down DOTM Wheelie and Brains style (but survive, obviously).

Quality is different things to different demographics. Come on now.

People around here want "James Roberts the series." That's not "ages 8-12." That's franchise suicide. We have tons of our niche stuff for older fans, more than we could ever want, and then the flagship show has considerable crossover appeal as well. That's pretty durn good.

Funny. The episode description clearly stated the involvement of the three kids in saving the world, yet they are not shown or even mentioned in the promo.

The episode description for Armada clearly stated there would be two factions/people making an attempt of Megatron's life, but Starscream was nowhere in the promo.

I'm referring more to the continued presence of human children doing prominent things to advance the plot: that's an aspect of the show that is going nowhere, and quite frankly I'm actually surprised I'm still seeing this level of vitriol towards the kid characters.

Plus their presence in the show adding or subtracting from the show's quality is entirely based on personal opinion anyway. So.
