Prime and Rescue Bots renewed for 2012-2013 season

    Well, if the show makers can keep to a 26 episode/season schedule this will being the episode count to 78 (and solidify it as the 2nd longest running TF series). My fear is that season 3 will be a "short" season of 13 episodes, I see this trend more an more often unfortunately.

    So basically Season 2 of Prime will only last over a span of several months. Does this mean we get no breaks? :drunk

    Does this mean we have a chance at getting a Transformers Prime Hot Rod that maaaaybe homages the IDW one?

    They seem close to similar aesthetics.

    And what about Star Saber? Even if it's like Optimus "Star Saber" Prime?

    Oh man, this is great news for Prime. This makes it one of the longest running series I think. I hope this series becomes the longest running series.

    I don't get why they can't just make a MTG show instead of Americanizing a Japanese property that previously failed in the west?

    I don't get why they can't make some sort of quallity synergistic move with Dungeons and Dragons. It's a goldmine for toys and cartoons among other things.

    Yeah at this stage at least I'm glad Prime is getting another run; I think most fans would agree it is in no danger of jumping th eshark yet lol - though everyone's entitled to their opinion I suppose - I wonder how effective the brand bible will be in preventing that, and moreover if it gives TF: P an upper limit to its lifespan.

    It's great there giving the Prime a third season. I would like for them not kill all the TV shows cause a movie is coming out this time.

    TF4 isn't until 2014. We most certainly have time. And I doubt it'd be cancelled anyway. TFA was because of CN, not ROTF.
