only way to get one now is ebay and i begrudge paying £22 inc shipping for something a week or so ago would have cost me £9 odd inc shipping
..oh well! ce la vie!

Seeing since this has been up for preorder since July 25th I just can't feel too badly for anybody that missed the boat on this. You had almost five months to get your act together. Was $15 really that difficult to scrape together?

 

no not that difficult just one of those things i kept meaning to do and forgetting and as said really did not think this would sell out before the pre orders ended and thought that they would have some in stock after pre orders

 

That wasn't directed at you DH, just a general "you" for anybody that might fly off the handle and accuse iGear of not loving them enough or some such nonsense that generally tends to permiate these boards when a vocal minority misses out on something and goes all Chicken Little.

maybe the mould itself had a limited run and they sold out of what the mould is capable of producing...aka they sold a lot.

At $15 shipped to me it meant pay shipping, as you would with anything else, and receive a very awesome minibot WITH WEAPONS that belong to a set of 8 awesome minibots for free.

I posted may times that at that price $15 INCLUDING shipping, everyone should buy one even if they didn't want it.

I'm one of those wait wait wait guys but the $18 gun upgrade set took me to the site and I bought the bots. Glad I did and sorry to anyone who missed out on this practically free event.

 

just seen robot kingdom have 148 in stock wish i had noticed igear had none left when i ordered neckbreaker   just put an order in ( but not followed it through) to see how much it would have cost me with neckbreaker and rager in shipping and would have only cost me £14/£15 for rager with shipping if i had added it to the same order ..DAMN! what are rk like at canceling orders? want to cancel neckbreaker so i can order rager with it

 

You could send them an e-mail and ask them to send you a Paypal invoice - But one of the reasons I've not bought anything from Robot kingdom was they gave me a stinky reply when I asked them a similar question -- but you can but try and they won't alter the shipping and add the item to your existing order ask them to cancel it and reorder both.

Or ask them if you order Rager if they will refund the overpayment on shipping and wind it in with your existing order afterwards.

Never hurts to ask. If they want your business they will bend their rules.

I'm still waiting for a Company to emerge that does not disappoint me in some way - I don't choose to spread bile right now but I can't really say anything very positive about very many places I've bought stuff from - that is why I often don't bother giving my custom to specialist shops very often. Everyone compares very disfavourably to the way I'd like to see them run their businesses - Many lack a certain degree of common decency in one area or another even the ones people like to gush over.

Damn, I seriously didn't expect that to happen, glad I got my order in a couple weeks ago. Looks like I'll need to remember to order the next ones pretty quickly once they go up as I'm sure those that missed out on Huffer will order much earlier now.
