This so hard. I don't physically need to know whether it's in January or February, but it feels like I do.

See guys, this is exactly the kind of thing I was talking about. All I wanted was to pass on the info, not make a thing out of it. Let's respect their personal space: they can't all be Derrick Wyatt.

(Last time I try to ease cancellation worries. I didn't even want the damn news credit!)

Unicron is already in the series as a big empty corpse. Also what is a "Univese" anyway?

Well it's really nice that it's getting a third season but will people care enough for it since the show has more problems than Animated ever did? I mean it has more complaints than praise fro what I've heard or know rather.

Meh, really not a fan of that show, not to mention to view it regularly I'd have to expand my cable package and spend $20.00 more a month for just one show.

I would however love to see a TF series done in the style of GI Joe Resolute. If done right a more mature TF series could be a major hit with the adult viewing audience.

Great to hear about Season 3 being in the works already. After seeing what they did at the tail end of Season 1, well I can't wait to see what great stuff they have in store.

I like how everyone's completely glossing over the fact that we've mortified at least one Prime staffer and possibly several more and will cause him/them to look over his/their shoulder(s) every time he/they post something online now.

    Priorities!

(I hold myself equally culpable for being stupid enough to post this in the first place.)

No worries, Kaiju. Once Season 2 gets rolling, hopefully more people will watch and the story is going to get deeper.

I know, when there's a question, folks want answers. It happens. :D

EDIT: And now we have that answer...FEB 2012!! :thumb

Unless it's his personal twitter account, which he can set up to allow only followers that he has personally accepted...then this will always happen. Personally, I'm not seeing the big deal, most TFP fans (on TFW anyway) knew the 3rd season was very likely to happen, so I don't believe he let any kitties out of the baggie. :D

Was it really worth a front page headline though? No, it really wasn't.

You don't try to rip off the hand that feeds you, is my point: God knows we've seen the consequences before.

Well not everybody reads the forums Sprocky, and the confirmation of a season is the kind of news some really would like to know. It seems pretty natural for the big guys to want it on front page.

Sprocket you're getting way to bent out of shape over this.

No way it makes it to 4. Hasbro will get bored and want to try something else.

What I mean to say is how do you know that Hasbro will just chuck away the Prime franchise and move on to something else in Prime's few months of being on the air? Hasbro's put too much effort into Transformers Prime to let that happen ever.

Not at all surprising bit of news. From the beginning they stated that they had enough overall story thought out for three seasons worth of episodes. I just hope that, if the show is able to continue on after three seasons, that the story doesn't begin to falter due to them concentrating on a three season story arch.
