I just watched the new preview for the ride that was just posted a little while ago and it actually looks like a combination of both his ROTF and DOTM designs.
He has the feet and chest (with chains wrapped around it) from DOTM, but he has the big "Gun-Claw" from ROTF.

No there's no real explosion. I think in that particular area of the ride there might be a flamethrower overhead (though I didn't see any flames, just felt the heat).

There are moments where you are led to believe he has transformed and you're still being carried on him, because you do see his hands when he catches the Allspark shard and punches Megatron.

The actual physical car itself that you're sitting in doesn't transform, no XD

Yes, it's all in English. And nope, Sideswipe and Starscream have a few lines as well   Oh, and Bumblebee "talks"

YESSS! The toys are standard with what Hasbro releases to the stores, but it does have some apparel and other stuff like mugs, tumblers, t-shirts, towels that are unique to USS and the TF Ride.

OMG Yes! The voices are all the Movie cast. It is definitely Cullen's Optimus talking to you. There was a lot of flailing.

 

From that short clip it definitely looks like the DotM CGI model.

Also, do annual passholders get preview access to this ride? We got previews to battlestar galactica and madagasca, but not TF?  ...

Frank Welker voices Megatron and Peter Cullen is OP on the attraction. Hugo Weaving denied the part.

Haha yes... it was amazing. I've been waiting for this ride since the day it was announced we were getting it. I loved it, went on it twice in the space of two hours and it was just an adrenaline rush

How often can you say you were seated in an Autobot and speeding through the streets? Though both times I was seated in the back row. I hear being in the first row is a whole different experience, so once it opens I'm definitely going to try the front.

I'd say keep a look out for any USS emails for Annual Pass holders between now and Dec 2nd. I don't know for sure if there will be preview for AP, as I'm not directly under USS (I'm in a different department in RWS). Best to call up and check.

I didn't see any Evac toys on the racks, no. The toys are basically what you'll find in the dept stores or TRU. It's everything else for sale in the store that has me worried for my bank account.

It was a bit hard to ID Megatron's voice over the screaming guys on either side of me, and since Prime's voice was definitely Peter Cullen's, I assumed it might have been Hugo. Frank still does a pretty good job though.

Oh wow... lines... let me see if I can remember any... "Protect the Allspark" from Optimus is the first that comes to mind. "No more running" from Evac.

I think you are mistaken about Barricade, isn't that Sideways? I remember seeing a trailer of him kicking Bee on the back while dropping the shard of the Allspark...UNLESS both Sideways & Barricade make an appearance!!!
