Oh I'm really excited now! Jazz has an awesome design that I would love to see as a toy. It sounds like he'll be a lot of fun to play in the game! I hope he has a good VA!

 

The 'buddy cop' phrase being half associated with Jazz reminds me that in the Transformers United interview with the Takara designers, they mention getting a request/early stipulation from Hasbro that United/RTS Jazz should have a police baton. All that might sound a bit closer to a Prowl caricature if only read at face value lol. At least Jazz working with someone with the ability to become invisible suits his role as Special Operations Commander - however that may exist in WFC/FOC. I wonder if that someone, Cliffjumper, will have a more subtle personality to go with that ability though.

NOOOO! The co-op campaign was one of my favourite features of WFC! Why oh why are they taking it out?

Come on guys! A game about Batman or Spider-Man being single player I would expect but when it comes to Transformers I expect things to be team focused anyway! Please High Moon rethink this one!

 

While I agree some levels of dotm were fun, they almost all were still generic which could have worked with any character. Which in my view seemed not to make much sense as to the reason they dropped character selection.
For example Bumblebees level could have replaced him with anyone same for Ironhides level, and Megatrons. The only levels which worked as character specific was Mirage for his invisability, and Starscream since he is the only flyer in the movie.
I hope I'm wrong but I also believe between removing character selection, and doing away with the two campaigns and blending it all into one like dotm means a short campaign. Dotm was only 6 levels not counting the boss only fight at the end. I have high hopes for foc just hope it's longer than dotm

 

What other figures have been "confirmed"/ rumored?

Well that's true enough for Bumblebee and Ironhide, but I do like the idea of tailoring the levels to character. Also, don't forget the Soundwave level had a Laserbeak section.

I'll agree that the game was ultimately unsatisfying, but I'd put that down to other reasons. I was expecting a Wheeljack level, a Wreckers level and more.

FOC should definitely be better, since it's not a movie spinoff and has to fly on it's own merits.

I wouldn't list the Combaticons just yet. They're still in question as to what line they'll be in. They could very well be Prime figures, as shadow was a bit...unclear when talking about them, and since he's been asked to not say anything more about them, it might be a while before we get more info.
